The Forgotten and Liberated

Oil on a canvas 85cm X 55cm (Framed)

This is a story of how it feels like to expect help from the few people who you know might help you but finally don’t show up.

With all the dirty colours depicting lost hope, dark colours of loneliness and fear, the warm colours of pain and the blues reflecting solidarity. The few bright colours reflect the little hope and faith. Then the hard look and rough texture tells us the situation is temporary when you do not give up. The source of inspiration is from true life experience.
